FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication systems using carrier aggregation by control signalling transmission from a mobile terminal in wireless network. In one embodiment of invention, implemented in a mobile terminal, mobile terminal first determines (1310) that channel state information and bits of ACK/NACK of hybrid ARQ, corresponding to a plurality of subframes downlink or a plurality of downlink carriers, or both, are scheduled for transmission in uplink subframe. Mobile terminal then determines (1320) whether number of ACK/NACK of hybrid ARQ bits is less than threshold number, or equal to it. If so, mobile terminal transmits (1330) channel state information, and bits of ACK/NACK of hybrid ARQ physical channel resources in first management subframe uplink single carrier. In some embodiments, number of bits of ACK/NACK of hybrid ARQ, previously discussed in generalised method is number of ACK/NACK bits after grouping ACK/NACK.

EFFECT: invention discloses an improved method of providing a mobile terminal to simultaneously produce multiple message packets of bits and channel state bits.
