SUBSTANCE: multiple transition events are monitored within a period of time by means of subscriber station changing over between two units from multiple units associatively related to a wireless communication network, during multiple transition events; it is determined that multiple transition events monitored within a period of time exceeded the preset threshold value; a request of roaming control is generated, containing information on a transition event associatively related to multiple transition events; and a request is sent for roaming control to a unit from multiple units associatively related to a wireless communication network, in order to ensure the possibility for the unit to correct one or more unit configurations to reduce further transition events by a subscriber station.
EFFECT: provision, under joint usage of different communication network, of a failure-resistant environment with capabilities of communication supply at any tine and in any place.
