SUBSTANCE: device for pre-sowing treatment of seeds comprises a loading hopper with a metering unit of supply of seeds, a drum with a drive, a capacity, and a working fluid sprayer. In the center of the sides that cover the end surfaces of the drum, the axial fans are mounted, which air flow is directed inward. From the side of supply of grain with the sprayer into the air stream, the working fluid is fed with the addition of the adhesive composition. By the metering unit of bulk materials in the discharge duct of the fan installed on the sidewall of the unloading window the protective-stimulating substances in powder form are fed.

EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in adhesion of grains of seed material between themselves, and the possibility of applying protective-stimulating substances in the powder form.
