FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device for pre-plant treatment of seeds includes a feed bin 17 with a batcher 16 for feeding of seeds, the drum 5 with side frames 10 and 11 and the drive 6, ventilator 12, vessel 4 and sprayer of the working medium 18. The cylindrical surface from both ends of the drum 5 is manufactured from elastic material and is pressed by deforming bolsters 9 from two sides, forming an "8" shape. From the side of feeding of seeds the upper half of "8" is connected to the airline 14 from the input of the ventilator 12, installed on the side frame from the side of discharge window. Half of "8" from the output side is located from below and is used for unload of the treated seed material.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase efficiency of encrustation of seeds, decrease the consumption of the powder for processing of seeds at the expense of its recirculation and decrease environment pollution.
