FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine. In order to predict neuroimmune disorders in patients with insulin-independent diabetes mellitus electroencephalogram is registered in monopolarly from sixteen standard leads, specified in accordance with international system 10-20 during three minutes. Maximum of alpha-activity amplitude and alpha-index are determined. If maximum of alpha-activity amplitude decreases below 50 mcW and alpha-index reduces lower than 50%, development of neuroimmune disorders in form of enhancement of sympathetic influences of suprasegmental level on heart rhythm in combination with signs of immunodeficiency in form of enhancement of cytotoxicity, mediated by CD8+ and CD 16+ T-cells, and increase of the level of interleukine-10 in blood serum above 50 pg/ml, is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict neuroimmune disorders in patients with insulin-independent diabetes mellitus.
