FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used for extrusion of complex cylindrical parts with globular structure. Billet heated to solid-liquid state is placed in heated die. Said die is made up of container accommodating two half-female dies, male die and extractor. Die is heated to solid-state billet temperature. Billet is deformed to extract by half-female die from container. Part if subjected to forced intensive cooling to material solid state temperature. Half-female dies are pulled apart to withdraw finished product.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances.
