FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway wheeled vehicles. Brake comprises braking line. Braking line is communicated via AIR control valve with standby reservoir and primary braking cylinder pivoted to bogie. Braking cylinder piston is connected via rid and two-arm lever with brake shoe control lever gearing. Braking cylinder has two different-ID sections. Larger diameter section connected to air control valve accommodates brake shoe control piston. Smaller diameter section connected with standby reservoir accommodates plunger with its rod articulated with torsion rod lever mounted on bogie. Said piston and plunger are interconnected.
EFFECT: ruled out spontaneous rolling at brake depletion.
