FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises pacing, at least, one technological mandrel in vacuum chamber, applying preset-thickness coat of structural metal composite thereon in revolving said mandrel, cooling it down and withdrawing from shell structure. Coat application is performed by creating flow of high-power neutral particles to process the mandrel, applying shear stress thereto, firing arc discharge, cleaning and heating the mandrel by cathode evaporated material ions to coat condensation temperature, feeding reagent gas into chamber, decreasing shear stress and coat material condensation to preset thickness. Note that matrix material and filler material are condensed in turn on said mandrel.
EFFECT: higher tightness and protective properties.
