FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering and pertains to a polymer-composite container resistant to aggressive media and to a method for production thereof. The polymer-composite container with a protective coating for fuel, sewage runoff, acids and alkalis with a concentration of up to 25%, sea and river water, is made of multi-layered inner and outer layers of glass or carbon fibre, interconnected by impregnation with a binding agent by means of vacuum infusion under the influence of negative pressure, located at an angle of 45° relative to each other, wherein the amount of layers of glass or carbon fibre is determined by the load that the container will be subjected to, and a layer of porous non-aromatic polymer material with a density of 0.01 to 0.91 g/cm3, thickness of 15 mm, located in the middle part between the inner and outer layers of glass or carbon fibre, wherein the outer sides of the rigid polymer matrix comprise a layer of a primer applied to the outer and inner surface of the polymer matrix, and an elastic polymer material deposited over the primer by the cold method.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the mass of the container while maintaining the strength characteristics and increasing the operating life thereof.
