FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of radio engineering devices for space and aviation equipment and relates to the method of manufacturing composite material articles with a reflective coating. Method includes assembling the stack by laying layers, containing the thermosetting binder, molding the workpiece with curing of the binder, preparing the working reflective surface of the article and applying a reflective coating thereon containing a metal layer, by a method of sputtering in a vacuum, while the preparation of the surface of the product for coating is carried out in one technological vacuum cycle immediately before the coating is sprayed - by combining the heating of the article in a vacuum to eliminate gassing, followed by treatment with charged particles of a glow discharge plasma or ion source, and the reflective coating is applied by condensation from the vapor-gas phase in a vacuum or by ion-plasma magnetron sputtering. Coating can contain more than one layer.
EFFECT: invention provides the necessary level of adhesive strength with a significant reduction in mass, an increase in the reflection coefficient of electromagnetic radiation over a wide frequency range, the stability of the geometric characteristics of the product, and the stability of the coating to atmospheric conditions and mechanical influences.
