SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a washing machine with upper loading, equipped with a lid (20), equipped with a drawer (30) for detergent that has two hooks (31) with the end part (32), designed to rest on the outer edge (41) of the section (40) of the drum door in the drum door in the case if the drum door remains open, in order to prevent, in this case, to closing the lid (20) and, consequently, the activation of trigger switch of the washing machine, and for free entry of the end part (32) of the hooks (31) under the bottom edge (11) of the hatch (10) in case when the drum door is previously closed.
EFFECT: protection from destruction of the washing machine is provided when the drum door is not closed properly, without the risk of failure in management of the electronic system, thus eliminating the need that segment of one of the sections of the drum doors can come across its contents and prevent the closing of the said door.
