SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a control unit adapted to control its operation, a tank with a receiving opening, a drum mounted inside the tank with the ability for rotation about substantially horizontal axis, and at least one door attached to the drum, for access door to the inside of the drum. According to the invention a washing machine contains a safety appliance connected to the tank and/or drum, providing the possibility of determining by the said control unit of open/closed state of the said at least one door in particular, when the drum rotates inside the tank.
EFFECT: prevention of damage of the machine and linen containing in it, safety of use.
