FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: cutting unit of slot-type perforator made in the casing of perforator and brought into action by pusher, for example, piston or plunger, activates extending cutting tools with their extension mechanism in a form of holders, one of which is fixed in relation to the pusher and the other - in relation to the perforator casing. The holders are done with the possibility of turning with extension of cutting tools from perforator casing. Cutting tools extension mechanism additionally includes balancing lever on the shoulders of which there are cutting tools; the balancing lever is mounted in the casing between the holders with the possibility of turning at interaction with them. The centre line of balancing lever turning is capable of moving along the casing longitudinal axis, for example, along the slot in the casing. There proposed is the version of invention that includes sequentially mounted between the holders of balancing lever in quantity of two or more pieces. Cutting unit can be equipped with mechanism bringing extended parts in transportation position and their fixing in this position.
EFFECT: acceleration of perforation slots forming process, increase of perforator reliability and safety, improvement of its performance characteristics.
