FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, particularly to oil and gas industry, and can be used in construction and repair of wells to create slotted perforation channels in well casing string. Cutting assembly of slit mechanical perforator comprises housing, in which openings are made and piston-pusher is arranged, upper and lower cutting disks and mechanism of their extension are installed on axes. Extension mechanism comprises two oppositely located plates rigidly connected from above to piston-pusher and from below with bracket located in lower part of housing. Bracket is connected with spring, which is part of mechanism of return of cutting assembly into transport position. Besides, extension mechanism includes support elements and holders arranged between plates. Support elements are detachable and arranged in the housing so that the cutting section is divided into two separate zones - the upper and lower ones. In each separate zone at level of windows there are cutting blades fixed on axes and opposite holders installed on support elements with possibility of radial extension towards walls of well.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the cutting assembly design simplification with simultaneous provision of the same dynamic force transfer from the working liquid to the cutting elements due to the rigid kinematic system development characterized by the contact elements increased contact area.
