FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: water lifting method involves vacuum treatment operations of water lifting pipe 7 with liquid-piston pump 1 with simultaneous water saturation in that pipe with air in water suction section in the well. Final operation is supply of lifted water-air mixture to a collecting reservoir. Device includes liquid-piston pump 1 and water lifting pipe 7 with perforation made at the inlet, which is installed into shell 10 with calibrated orifice 11 at its bottom.
EFFECT: increasing lifting height of water from wells and boreholes.
