FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: to repair underground pipelines, preferably sewage ones, by installation of a resin-impregnated soft lining sleeve into a repaired underground pipeline, the lining sleeve made of inner and outer impermeable layers and a medium layer from a binder-impregnated reinforcing material is installed next to an underground pipeline limited with receiving and mounting wells. Then an end of the lining sleeve is connected to a pulling-in rig, the latter is connected with a rope stretched through a block, and the lining sleeve is pulled in into the underground pipeline. At the same time the block is fixed as capable of rotation on a spacer anchor installed in the beginning of a pipe following the mounting well. Prior to connection of the rope to the pull-in rig a ring is first installed onto the receiving well, a protective cover is placed into a ring and fixed with a yoke. The rope is brought to the surface and is forwarded to the pull-in rig via a pass device, the working surface of which is arranged from rods installed with gaps around the circle.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to avoid damage of a lining sleeve, collapse of a well and to stabilise a stage of sleeve lowering into a well.
