SUBSTANCE: invention refers to in-place curing lining material, manufacturing method thereof, and device used for material wrapping. Manufacturing method of in-place curing lining material with external impermeable coating invloves the following: the first tubular element made of at least one layer of tarred material; a piece of material having the layer at least persistent to tar; the first tubular element is supplied in the first direction; the second tubular element is made of a piece of material having the layer persistent to tar; the second tubular element is supplied in the second direction towards the first tubular element; the first tubular element is put into the cavity of the second tubular element, the second tubular element is turned inside out in order to wrap the first tubular element made from tarred material; there formed is in-place curing lining material with external impermeable layer that encapsulates the first tubular element made from tarred material, and the lining material of the first tubular element made from tarred material and external second tubular element made from material persistant to tar is pulled in the first direction.
EFFECT: obtaining in-place curing lining material.
