SUBSTANCE: in a communication network topology, alternative versions of connecting users to the communication network are set; communication network node accessibility values are calculated, while considering the time for reaching a critical 'dangerous' and 'safe' ratio of nodes for each version of connecting users to the communication network and connectivity of neighbouring 'dangerous' nodes, which form chains which prevent communication between users; alternative versions of connecting users to the communication network are ranked according to the number of 'dissecting' communication network nodes and the reliable version of connecting users to the communication network is selected.

EFFECT: high reliability of connecting users to a communication network with maximum value of dissecting communication network nodes owing to high accuracy of results of comparative evaluation of communication network structures.
