SUBSTANCE: at the initial step, data are collected as part of stocktaking and determining the topology of a corporate network or separate segment thereof. The overall efficiency rating is then determined based on the collected data. A personal computer (PC) with maximum overall efficiency rating is assigned the role of NAC-PC, through whose administration agent the administration server will be able to control access to corporate network resources for at least one PC, which can also be a new PC from the corporate network or a separate segment thereof.

EFFECT: controlling access to corporate network resources for a PC from a corporate network or a separate segment thereof using an administration agent installed on a PC selected for such purposes, wherein restricting access of any PC from the corporate network or separate segment thereof is done in case of any harmful event detected by an antivirus application.
