The system of providing application access rights to the computer files containing at least one appendix intended for opening of the named files; database of politics of providing application access rights to files, the named politics of providing application access rights include the file parameters and contain at least one of the rules: to provide to the named appendix the coded file; to provide to the named appendix the decoded file; facility for providing of access rights.
EFFECT: increase of level of information security from unauthorized access by providing to the appendix access rights to the file depending on the politics of providing access rights.
