FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: mobile ground-based system for receiving and processing images further includes a receiving radio channel of the L-range and a transceiving radio channel of the S-range, through which transmission of control commands to a spacecraft can be carried out, which enable to adjust orbit parameters, spatial orientation and adjustment of on-board equipment to optimise conditions for receiving information. The system is provided with a scheduling system for displaying on the ground map a potential viewing band and capturing the spacecraft at an arbitrary moment in time, mark captured areas of interest, prepare command packets for transmission to the spacecraft and transmit control commands during a communication session with the spacecraft in order to raise the speed of capturing the earth surface of interest.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of receiving and transmitting information, increase in quality thereof and rapid control of spacecraft.
