SUBSTANCE: cascode microwave amplifier with low supply voltage comprises an input "voltage-current" converter, the first and second output transistors, a dipole of a collector load, from the first to the third current-stabilising dipoles, a circuit of static mode stabilisation, a circuit of potentials displacement.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of using cascode amplifier supply voltage, creation of conditions, under which low-voltage microwave transistor of a technological process SGB25VD provide for slightly higher amplitudes of output voltage.
