FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier containing the first and the second input transistors the bases of which are connected to the first input of the device, the third and the fourth input transistors the bases of which are connected to the second input of the device, the first current-stabilising bipole connected between combined emitters of the first, the second, the third and the fourth inputs transistors and the first power supply bus, the first and the second output transistors, the first and the second auxiliary transistors, the emitters of which are connected through the second current-stabilising bipole to the first power supply bus, base of the first auxiliary transistor is connected to collectors of the second input transistor and the first output of the first auxiliary resistor, base of the second auxiliary transistor is connected to collector of the third input transistor and the first output of the second auxiliary resistor, the first and the second load bipoles, the second power supply bus; at that, the second outputs of the first and the second auxiliary resistors are connected to additional power supply.
EFFECT: increasing limit values of voltage amplification factor of cascode differential amplifier at low supply voltage.
