SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dermatovenerology. In order to predict transfer of infiltrative form of disease into suppurative form in patient with zooanthroponotic trichophytosis focus of infiltration is examined. Index of microcirculation is determined in focus on 1-5 day of treatment by method of laser Doppler flowmetry. If value of microcirculation index is 8.44 perf.un. and lower, probability of transfer of infiltrative form of disease into suppurative form, is predicted.

EFFECT: method increases accuracy of prediction of transfer of infiltrative form of trichophytosis into suppurative form due to determination of microcirculation index in focus of affection by means of laser Doppler flowmetry.
