The hypoxic exposure involves gas mixtures with the oxygen content 12-16% (volume) with maintaining such gas ratio to the end of the therapeutic course. The sessions are daily for 25-30 min, the entire therapeutic course makes 8-12 days. The following regimen is applicable for physical exercises on a stationary bicyclephysical exercises on the stationary bicycle: 5 min rest inhalation of the hypoxic mixture, 5 min working of power 40 Wt with inhalation of the hypoxic mixture, 5 min rest inhalation of the hypoxic mixture, 5 min working of power 90 Wt with inhalation of the hypoxic mixture, 5 min rest inhalation of the hypoxic mixture, 5 min rest inhalation of atmospheric air.
