SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiology and sports medicine. A method consists in the fact that 50% heliox is prepared by heating to 75°C. During trainings and training and competitions, over the game, after each match, a hockey player for 1-2 minutes inhales the prepared heliox by the Inhalite-B apparatus.

EFFECT: method allows higher compensatory body resources of the hockey players due to reduced respiratory muscle activity and optimised inspiratory centre activity ensured by heliox introduction in a certain regimen.
