During trainings and training and competitions, over the game, after each match, a hockey player for 1-2 minutes inhales the prepared heliox by the Inhalite-B apparatus.
EFFECT: method allows higher compensatory body resources of the hockey players due to reduced respiratory muscle activity and optimised inspiratory centre activity ensured by heliox introduction in a certain regimen.
