FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in the method a signal is processed on deviation of an elevation rudder to actuate a power drive of an elevation rudder (12). A signal (IHC1) is calculated for shifting a movable stabiliser to actuate a power drive of the movable stabiliser so that the movable stabiliser position (23) follows the input signal (10) of the elevation rudder deviation. Depending on control conditions of the elevation rudder (12) and/or the movable stabiliser (23) or parameters of the flight mode, the control condition of the movable stabiliser power drive is left unchanged, or the movable stabiliser power drive is put in action by means of a signal (IHCMD) to shift the movable stabiliser issued as a command to change the control condition of the movable stabiliser (23) when actuating the power drive of the elevation rudder by means of the signal of elevation rudder deviation sent as a command to vary the control condition of the elevation rudder (12). If there is a deviation between the calculated signal (IHCl) of movable stabiliser shift and the signal (IHCMD) issued as a command to shift the movable stabiliser, the signal of elevation rudder deviation is impacted to compensate invariability of the control condition of the movable stabiliser power drive. The device to implement the specified method comprises a module (21) to calculate signals of movable stabiliser shift, a module (22) to issue signals to shift a movable stabiliser, a module (30) to determine a variable of anticipatory control to generate a variable of anticipatory control of an elevation rudder and a correction module (11).
