FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: drill fluid additive contains the following in wt %: saponified tall sinter 35.0-65.0, technical powdered lignosulphonates 20.0-40.0, low-viscosity polyanionic cellulose PAC-N 10.0-20.0, talc 5.0-10.0. In the method of producing said drill fluid additive, involving grinding starting components to a fraction of less than 1.0 mm on an impeller breaker mill or a hammer mill, the saponified tall sinter and talc are ground in a mixture, and all components are then mixed at normal temperature in a low-speed reactor with a ribbon-blade mixer until a homogeneous system is obtained, wherein the components are fed in the following sequence: a polysaccharide reagent is added to the mixture of the ground saponified tall sinter and talc while stirring; said mixture is stirred for 25-30 minutes; while stirring, a calculated amount of technical lignosulphonates is then added and the mixture is additionally stirred for 60-80 minutes, after which the ready product is unloaded and packed in sacks.
EFFECT: overall improvement of lubricating properties of the drill fluid, high heat- and salt-resistance of the complex reagent in high temperature conditions with improvement of other general processing properties and lower consumption of the reagent.
