FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: water-heating temperature-controlled tank with coaxial energy-efficient flue pipe includes water tank, connection pipes of flue pipe for supply and removal of flowing flue gases and heating flue pipe built inside it. Heating flue pipe within the tank dimensions throughout the height is coaxial and two-pass and is provided with the main central flue pipe and chamber of additional flue pipe outside the main one. In addition, turning damper installed below middle part of water heating tank, shutting off the main central flue pipe and provided with a handle for control of its flow passage is introduced. Chamber of additional flue pipe has section area of additional flue pipe of not less than section area of the main central flue pipe, at perforation in the wall of the main central flue pipe in upper part of coaxial flue pipe at the level of top of water heating tank and in lower part below damper at the level of bottom of water heating tank of rows of holes, which attach the spaces of chamber and the main central flue pipe for creation of additional flue gas, with total section areas of holes of upper and lower rows, which are comparable with section area of the main central flue pipe. Versions of design of such tank are described.
EFFECT: improving the utilisation efficiency of flue gas energy; increasing the heating rate by more than 1,3-2 times.
