SUBSTANCE: proposed device 2 comprises outlet 52, multilevel rude water filter and accumulating tank 12 to be filled with filtered water, controlled heating elements 20. Besides, it comprises slow boiling devices 32 designed to heat water to slow boiling temperature before water drawoff. Note here that said device 2 feature portable design and may be mounted/dismantled in situ. Besides, said devices 32 comprise water discharge locking and control means with optical indicators to allows water drawoff from accumulating tank 12 only after boiling termination, to heat drawoff water to slow-boiling temperature is water temperature in said tank 12 drops below slow-boiling temperature. Proposed method comprises boiling heated water for preset boiling time and slow boiling of boiled water at slow-boiling temperature directly before water drawoff.
EFFECT: output of disinfected water.
