FIELD: forestry and agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: regenerative hydraulic drive of a timber tractor with a spreader trailer contains a hydraulic cylinder (5) of an arrow, a hydraulic cylinder (6) of a handle, hydraulic cylinders (7) of a turntable, a regenerative mechanism (8) of the bunk device, a pump unit (9), hydraulic distributors (10-14), suction (15), drain (16) and pressure (17) pipelines. The pump unit (9) includes a hydraulic pump (41), a check valve (42), a filter (43) and a hydraulic tank (44). The regenerative mechanism (8) of the bunk device is equipped with two double-acting hydraulic cylinders (18) with transverse rods (19) and pistons (20), two single-acting hydraulic cylinders (21) with integral pistons (22) and longitudinal rods (23), and a pneumohydraulic accumulator (24), flexible (25-27), suction (28) and pressure (29) pipelines, adjustable safety (30), adjustable pressure-reducing (31) and check valves (32-37). The cavities (A and B) of double-acting hydraulic cylinders (18) communicate through end-to-end channels (38 and 39) made in transverse rods (19) and flexible pipelines (25 and 26) both with the hydraulic tank (44) using check valves (32 and 33) and the suction pipeline (28), and with the pneumohydraulic accumulator (24) through check valves (34 and 35) and the pressure pipeline (29). The cavities (B) of single-acting hydraulic cylinders (21) communicate through end-to-end channels (40) in integral pistons (22) and longitudinal rods (23) and a flexible pipeline (27) with a hydraulic tank (44) using a check valve (36) and suction pipeline (28), and with a pneumohydraulic accumulator (24) through a check valve (37) and a pressure pipeline (29). The pneumohydraulic accumulator (24) is connected via a pressure pipeline (29) to both an adjustable safety valve (30) and an adjustable pressure reducing valve (31).
EFFECT: simplification of the design and expansion of the functionality.
