SUBSTANCE: regenerative hydraulic drive of a timber tractor with a semi-trailer contains a hydraulic cylinder (5) of an arrow, a hydraulic cylinder (6) of a handle, hydraulic cylinders (7) of a turntable, a regenerative mechanism (8) of a fifth wheel coupling, a pump unit (9), hydraulic distributors (10-14) , suction (15), drain (16) and pressure (17) pipelines. The recuperative mechanism (8) of the fifth wheel coupling is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder (18), a pneumatic accumulator (19), four normally closed two-position two-line hydraulic distributors (20-23) installed in pairs, adjustable reducing (24) and safety (25) valves, check valves (26-32), main pressure (33) and suction (34) hydraulic lines, supply pressure (35 and 36) and suction (37 and 38) pipelines, central pressure (39) and connecting (40-49) pipelines. In the hydraulic cylinder (18) of the recuperative mechanism (8) there are four pistons (50-53), of which two outer ones (50 and 51) are fixed, and two intermediate ones (52 and 53) are movable. Four pistons (50-53) form in the hydraulic cylinder (18) of the recuperative mechanism (8) five cavities (A-D), of which two extreme (A and B) are pressure, two intermediate (C and D) are suction and one ( D) is central. The pneumatic hydraulic accumulator (19) is connected to the central cavity (D) of the hydraulic cylinder (18) of the recuperative mechanism (8) by means of an adjustable reduction valve (24) and a check valve (26) installed parallel to it, as well as to the main pressure (33) hydraulic line and the central pressure pipeline (39), which provides a constant pressure of the working fluid in the central cavity (D) of the hydraulic cylinder (18) of the recuperative mechanism (8). The extreme pressure cavities (A and B) of the hydraulic cylinder (18) of the recuperative mechanism (8) are connected to the main pressure (33) and suction (34) hydraulic lines through the inlet pressure pipelines (35 and 36), each of which is connected to two in parallel and in different directions connected check valves (27, 28 and 31, 32), two (27 and 32) of which are connected to the main pressure (33), and the other two (28 and 31) - to the main suction (34) hydraulic lines. Each of the intermediate suction cavities (C and D) of the hydraulic cylinder (18) of the recuperative mechanism (8) is connected by means of the respective inlet suction pipelines (37 and 38) and check valves (29 and 30) to the main suction hydraulic line (34). Each of the extreme pressure (A and B) and adjacent intermediate suction (B and D) cavities of the hydraulic cylinder (18) of the recuperative mechanism (8) are interconnected by means of supply pressure (35 and 36) and suction (37 and 38) pipelines, as well as in pairs installed adjustable normally closed two-position two-line hydraulic distributors (20-23), the control pilots of each pair of which are hydraulically connected both to each other and through connecting pipelines (44 and 45) with inlet suction pipelines (37 and 38). The lines for switching on the supply of working fluid of two of these regulated normally closed two-position two-line hydraulic distributors (20 and 22) are connected by means of connecting pipelines (40-43) to the supply suction lines (37 and 38) with the main suction hydraulic line (34), and the lines for switching on the supply of working fluid two other regulated normally closed two-position two-line hydraulic distributors (21 and 23) are interconnected by the extreme pressure cavities (A and B) of the hydraulic cylinder (18) of the recuperative mechanism (8) through the corresponding connecting (46-49) and supply (35 and 36) pressure pipelines.

EFFECT: simplification of the design and expansion of the functionality of the regenerative hydraulic drive of a timber tractor with a semi-trailer is provided.
