Method of manufacturing frothed drink from powder, liquid and air, includes mixing of powder and liquid to form a mixture of powder and liquid, injection of pressure in a mixture of powder and liquid, the involvement of air in the mixture of powder and liquid for making the mixture filled with the air and pushing of filled with air mixture through the expansive hole to obtain frothed drink. At that pushing of filled with air mixture involves creating a Venturi effect, with the expansion hole. The system of foaming beverages contains a system of liquid for supplying liquid, a system of powder for supplying powder, the air system for supplying air, and a mixing chamber for mixing the liquid, powder and air. And the mixing chamber contains the impeller, an expansive hole, a mixing zone and a zone of excess pressure with the impeller, located between them. The zone of excess pressure contains a cone wall, leading to the expansion hole.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to enhance the quality of frothed milk product and increase resistance to clogging.
