FIELD: beverage preparation devices.
SUBSTANCE: device (2) for preparation of milk foam with possibility of connection to coffee machine (101) contains a connecting element for steam supplied by a coffee machine. Device is characterized by that it comprises interface (98) for electric current, due to which it is possible to control and adjust parameters of elements of foaming unit (5) of milk, in particular gear pump (7), valve unit (20) by means of electric energy and control signals supplied by the coffee machine. Parameter specified by user and/or specified by control element influences characteristics and/or amount of obtained milk foam.
EFFECT: milk foam quality does not depend on milk characteristics.
