EFFECT: simple and inexpensive design simplifies mounting of the element (3) of the body on the main body (12) of the vacuum cleaner (1), it becomes possible to implement the various options (6, 7, 8) of opening, as well as profitably prevents undesirable amplification of noise and dust emissions when opening or closing, the error control and prevented injury.
