SUBSTANCE: invention relates to container for solids or fluids and to method of its opening. Container for pharmaceutical products comprises hollow case with neck to interact with hinged cover. Cover incorporates neck sealing cap. Cover comprises opening element to move from pulled-in position into opening position wherein cover may be opened. Container comprises also retainer to lock opening element. Note here that retainer may move from locking position whereat opening is retained in pulled-out position and unlocked position whereat opening element may move into opening position In locking position retainer locks said ledge to prevent motion of opening element into opening position Invention covers also method of opening above described container.
