SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An articulation surgical stapler comprises a handle on a proximal end and a working body on a distal end for selective articulation. A bearing rod couples the handle with a working body. Between the bearing rod and the working body, there is an articulation mechanism. The articulation mechanism enables the selective motion of the working body in relation to the bearing rod.
EFFECT: improved approach to tissue to be treated and facilitated use of the linear surgical stapler.
