FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of materials and articles used as filters for cleaning alimentary fluids. Proposed method pneumatic extrusion of fibrous nonwoven material with gradient of structural characteristics from polypropylene melt. In extrusion, parameters of this process are varied: extruder screw rpm - from 30 to 10 min-1, spraying air temperature - from 60 to 140°C, spraying air pressure - from 10 to 40 kPa. Method allows making cylinder-shape filtration element to make fiber diameter reducing from 100 to 10 mcm and density of fibers packing increasing.
EFFECT: preset gradient of structural element.
