SUBSTANCE: described is an apparatus for filtering liquid foods, primarily milk, containing a body with liquid inlet and outlet branch pipes and a filtering sheet installed therein, additionally equipped with a cylinder with a perforated sector on the side surface with a plug of the upper base, located inside the body, as well as two cassette rollers installed between the inner surface of the body and the outer surface of the cylinder, for supplying the clean and receiving the contaminated filtering sheet and terminating contamination, wherein the shaft of the cassette roller for receiving the contaminated filtering sheet is connected with a drive mechanism with a control unit installed on a removable cover and ensuring rotation of the cassette roller, and the receiving part of the body is equipped with two pressure sealing rollers with a toothed elastic outer surface.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of increasing efficiency of the milk purification process and preserving the qualitative and processing properties thereof.
