FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed system comprises two control devices coupled with axle and arranged on opposite sides thereof. Every said control device comprises guide bar, single or double, directed toward guide rail and provided with one guide roller. The latter is engaged with guide rail. Every said control device has two states, i.e. rigid state to control said axle and free state to allow lateral deviation. Control device comprises deformable linkage between axle and guide bar, and drive cylinder. Said deformable linkage allows axle lateral deviation from guide rail. Drive cylinder incorporates two independent and opposed rods that feature two positions: ''rods OUT'' to set control device in rigid state and ''rods IN'' to move it in free state.
EFFECT: decreased lateral stress.
