SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pull-out box with pivot cap to be opened together with box pulling out. Box 2 has inner pack 7 with box case 6 with open top end 22, cap 4 jointed to open end first side edge to turn about cap pivot 24 to open/close said open edge, outer sliding coupling 8 displacing around outer surface to allow engagement there between. Note here that outer sliding coupling length toward sliding direction is shorter than the box case length in direction of sliding. Note also that with cap opened completely, outer end of outer sliding coupling is located closer to box case bottom wall than cap pivot while coupling bottom end reaches box case bottom end. Outer sliding coupling 8 has contact flap 48 extending inside said coupling 8 on open edge 50 of first sidewall 44 in compliance with cap pivot 24. Inner pack 7 comprises band 34 connected with top of cap 4 and is provided with bent flap 38 that may engage with contact flap 48 of outer sliding coupling 8. When outer sliding coupling 8 is shifted downward relative to inner pack 7 bent flap 38 is hooked by contact flap 48 to open cap 4.
