SUBSTANCE: invention relates to box for cigarettes with filter and cigars and to box preform. Intention aims at producing package for said articles with at least one perfectly rounded edge, preform of said package. Proposed package comprises box-like case with open end and box-like cover hinged to open end face of said box-like case to open/close said open end. Said case comprises rounded edge that makes at least one lengthwise edges, that features arc-like cross section. Said rounded edge inner surface comprises set of recesses. Note here that said recesses are made by multiple lines of recesses inclined relative to lengthwise direction of said box-like case and are spaced with intervals along the width of said rounded edge.
EFFECT: user-friendly package with improved appearance.
