SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of silicates, specifically to compositions of porcelain mixtures which can be used in making decorative and art articles, as well as general-purpose articles. The porcelain mixture contains the following components in wt %: clay 6.0-10.0; kaolin 36.5-40.0; pegmatite 21.0-23.0; quartz 26.0-28.0; potsherd 0.1-1.0; barite 3.0-4.0; liquid potassium glass 0.1-0.5.
EFFECT: high strength of articles made from the porcelain mixture.
