SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of silicates and specifically to compositions of porcelain mixtures which can be used in making decorative and art articles, as well as general-purpose articles. The porcelain mixture contains clay, kaolin, pegmatite, quartz, potsherd and silica gel, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay 19.0-21.0; kaolin - 15.0-18.5; pegmatite - 31.0-33.0; quartz - 17.0-19.0; potsherd - 11.0-13.0; silica gel 1.0-1.5.
