SUBSTANCE: proposed complex comprises: first pressurised reactor to receive stock to be processed and subjected to hydrolysis, sealing device including first pressurised joint connected with first reactor stock discharge opening and second similar joint connected with second reactor, and drainage of fluid that contains dissolved hemicellulose. System comprises also second pressurised reactor to receive processed stock fed from sealing device operated at pressure higher than that in first reactor, and expanding device arranged downstream of second reactor operated at pressure.
EFFECT: subjecting processed stock to steam explosion.
