FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for erection of multilevel structures includes assembly of at least one structure unit. The unit comprises at least two first fastening elements and at least one second fastening element. Each of the first fastening elements represents a plate with opening ends connected with a vertical support. The second fastening element represents a trapezoidal tray opened from the top and at one of the sides. The tray is detachably connected with the vertical support and the first fastening elements. Simultaneously there is a gap formed between the second fastening element and the vertical support and opening ends of the first fastening elements.
EFFECT: provides for resistance to seismic loads.
