FIELD: pre-fabricated mobile frame-modular buildings, namely, mobile frame-modular building frame assembled from individual linear elements or included in the composition of SKD units.
SUBSTANCE: invention can find application in the design, manufacture and installation of functional mobile prefabricated buildings for various functional purposes, including as capital construction projects. The rigidity of the structure is achieved by using galvanized steel with high strength and fluidity parameters, which reduces local corrosion activity at the points of profile stresses that are subject to bending or twisting, which determines the rigidity of the block module as a whole; by making racks from the profile in the form of an atypical rectangular shape formed by two walls located at right angles, each of which is equipped with a double edge bend and an intermediate stiffening rib which ensures an increase in the resistance of the profile when bending and twisting loads occur; by making the connecting assembly of a welded structure containing channels with stiffeners, which ensures the redistribution of the load from the bolted connection to the structural elements of the assembly and frame elements.
EFFECT: increasing the service life and variability in the installation of buildings due to the rigidity of the structure.
