FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: installation of bottom-hole screw pump includes string with stator, rotor with rods and centralisers installed in stator and string correspondingly with the possibility of rotation with the aid of well head drive. Pump input is connected to the casing, and output - to string. The string is equipped with packer located above the connection place of pump input and casing. Inside the string above the stator there is a sealing unit that seals the space between rod string and string with formation of upper and lower inline cavities connected to the casing over packer. The upper cavity is connected via return valve, note that casing is connected to product extraction line at mouth, and the upper cavity of string - to pressure line.
EFFECT: installation allows excluding the interaction of rotating string with viscous oil during its lifting, preventing formation of high-viscous water-oil emulsion at water-cut oil extraction, reducing the load on rod string and drive that leads to energy economy and increase of installation overhaul time, as well as extension of installation technological capabilities due to constant hydraulic connection of casing cavity connected to pump input to well mouth.
