FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: plant incorporates a packer mounted in a gap between perforated beds, a sucker-rod string with a foot valve and radial holes to connect to a hole annulus over the packer, a submersible pump with its receiver portion connected to a well cavity under the packer, and with its discharge portion - to a tubing cavity and the borehole annulus through the radial holes, and a well-head flow variation system. According to the invention, below the radial holes, in the sucker-rod string, there are connected a number of pipes of smaller diametre located above an overlying receiver bed. The submersible pump is designed to control the productivity so that water velocity in the annulus hole between the radial holes down to the receiver bed do not exceed oil-in-water floating rate, and the passage area of the radial holes is not less than the sectional area of tubing above the radial holes. There is a tube between a wellhead and the receiver bed tightly attached to the wellhead and connecting the annulus hole within the receiver layer through a sluice and a control head. At a pump outlet in the well, there is a flow metre, and on a discharge line, there is a surface flow metre.

EFFECT: higher operation efficiency ensured by oil lift to surface with minimum, surface controlled water amount from an oil reservoir, and injection of greater water amount in an overlying receiver bed for recycling or maintaining reservoir pressure.
