SUBSTANCE: invention relates to advertising and information service of population, namely to methods of advertising and information content management, providing possibility of analysis of content marketing, individual marketing and evaluation of efficiency of advertising and information campaigns (displayed content). Method includes obtaining data on unique identifiers of mobile devices of potential consumers of content, located in area of arrangement of at least one information display device, with formation of corresponding DB identifiers; obtaining data on the profile of consumers corresponding to the obtained unique identifiers, with formation of the corresponding DB profiles; obtaining content data displayed on the information display means, generating the content DB; establishing communication of each mobile device identifier from DB identifiers with corresponding content of information display devices and user profile from corresponding DB; analysis of established links; content management based on the analysis results with the possibility of its effectiveness evaluation. At that, to determine true unique identifiers of consumer mobile devices, randomized mobile consumer devices identifiers are filtered, including reading requests from a consumer mobile device by a device for receiving and analyzing signals with subsequent extraction of data from the requests received over a certain time interval and comparing the extracted data from all requests received over a certain time interval, and excluding requests with different identifiers of mobile devices and repeated data.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of managing advertisement-information content.
